This was a campus selection after MBA . It included 2 rounds. The company team had explained what they were looking for in a candidate hence it was fairly easy to perform according to their expectations. First round was GD and second was PI. interviews were taken by senior management team of Linde
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Linde (Calcutta)
Interview
Consisted of 7-8 rounds, starting form written tests to group activities & finally interviews wwith senior management. Was cordial discussion about one's aspiration & questions were angled to judge the attitude of the candidate more than anything else.
