I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Linktree in Mar 2023
Interview
Recruiter was upfront about the description of each interview and clarified with detail each question I asked. First interview was a system design question and second one was a coding interview of an easy adhoc problem that the company was working at the moment
Thank you for taking the time to interview with us and leaving a review about your experience. We’re happy to hear you had a good experience and to that your recruiter set clear expectations and those were met.
Other Software Engineer Interview Reviews for Linktree
The interview process began with a recruiter screen, where I discussed my background, skills, and goals, along with job expectations. This was followed by a timed technical assessment on CodeSignal to test my coding abilities in a mix of algorithmic and problem-solving tasks. I then proceeded to a pair programming challenge with an engineer, where, unlike the standard LeetCode-style questions I had prepared for, I worked on a collaborative, real-world scenario to showcase my problem-solving and communication skills. Although I didn’t advance further in the process, this experience provided valuable insight into each stage’s expectations.
