I applied online. The HR sent me a private message on indeed for a phone screening interview. We agreed on a date and hour. Then, she rescheduled the phone interview because she said she was busy. Ten minutes before the phone interview on the newly-scheduled date/hour, she texted me to push the phone interview for 20 minutes, then again for another 10 minutes than another 15 minutes. She called me around ten minutes after the latest scheduled time. She spoke for three or four minutes then started asking me questions about my resume. Less than 10 minutes since the start of the call, she abruptly cut the conversation telling me she has to hang up and call me again in ten minutes. Then she hung up immediately without even hearing my confirmation. She never called again. After 15 minutes of waiting, I texted her to ask if she will call back. She answered: "it is better to keep the conversation standing there...". The HR attitude was openly agressive and disrespectful. I've never dealt with a recruiter that unprofessional and rude. Negative experience for A to Z!
