Basic phone interview by 2 people with a bad speaker phone. 2nd in-person was formal and was invited back for a 3rd with an assignment. Was contacted by an employee to set up an initial phone screen which was pretty standard. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back from them until a considerable amount of time, and I had received an offer from elsewhere.
