Very simple phone interview with the department head and then I was invited for an in office interview. I met with a developer, the team lead and also the department head. It was very laid back they were moreso intersted in seeing a personality fit but also wanted to feel like the technical proficiency was also there

Mostly open-ended, behavorial and situational questions. Asked me about my day-to-day responsibilites to find out if I would be a good fit and explained the kind of work I would be doing if I came on board. They offer good benefits, salary and bonus. I had a positive experience overall but I got another offer in the meantime and accepted it.
