2 rounds of interview. The first you get to be the interviewer and ask HR questions about the company. Second one is technical interview with IT Manager, IT Director. Overall pretty easy, just have to stick to resume as shared.

It was a 3 step process. First you filled out a questionnaire, then had a coffee interview with P&C and then a formal interview with P&C and your potential future lead.

Why do you want to work at Litco Law instead of the insurance industry
First the process includes the written questionnaire then the virtual coffee meeting with the hiring manager where you can ask them questions about the job, If you get to the next stages, there is a very lengthy interview (3 hours!), they dig through your entire life including employers, school, personality, etc. Can't say that the questions where hard but it's very exhausting. I don't appreciate the length of the interview and a lot of questions were just unnecessary.
