70/30 split between technical/interpersonal. Technical portion consisted of a hypothetical scenario where the interviewee is scoping out a project led by the interviewers. Questions were mostly about API design, data handling, as well as making sure I had at least a basic grasp of the stack they use. Personal portion was the usual "get to know us, we'll get to know you" back and forth. Thankfully no pointless questions like "what is your biggest weakness".
