I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Little Trees (Potsdam, NY) in Oct 2020
Interview
It went smooth. They are gentle and very broad with the questions. I was interviewed by a woman. It was laid back. They told me a little about the company and they do.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Little Trees
Interview
very thorough and very long. many people and different portions. Took a long time and could have been done in one sitting. I had to repeat myself from one person to the next
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Little Trees (Watertown, NY) in May 2019
Interview
After applying on company website, the next morning I got a phone call that ended up being a screening interview. It went well, and the HR associate reached out to me in a couple days with the next step - we scheduled an-in person interview in a couple weeks, and I was given an assignment to complete. The assignment was kind of challenging as I wasn't sure what their expectations were about how in-depth I should go in answering questions.
The in-person interview took about 2 hours. I separately met with an HR person, an associate from the team I'd be working with and my potential boss. All three conversations went really well, they were friendly and easy to talk to, the questions were regarding my assignment, my experience, and the skills I have. I felt like they really liked my experience and was expecting to get the job. They told me that they will be in touch about their decision in a month. It's pretty long to wait, but I knew it was because the hiring manager was traveling.
After a month I got notified that they enjoyed meeting me but decided to not move forward with me because I didn't meet a skill requirement. That was especially disappointing because during the application and interview process that skill was presented as a "desired" or "nice to have," but I guess they have decided that it is required after all. I thought that was very misleading.
