Never heard back. Not even a note to say no. I probably should've been screened out as the role wasn't really aligned my skillset, so seems like the screener was pointless... so worth asking lots of questions at screener stage to make sure you're skills are right.

Three stage process:
Screening interview with HR where basic questions around fit were answered.
Technical interview with Product lead. Typical questions, talk me through frameworks you’ve used. Talk me through something that hasn’t gone well and how you adapted.
