Abrupt and invasive. I was asked my visa status, salary history and they did not even look over my resume prior to the interview. First interview started late because they forgot about it, so we talked for less than 5 minutes. They seemed to only care about visa or citizenship status, which is illegal for any prospective employer to ask.
