The process started out great. They then asked me to share references before moving forward and I shared. Spoke with at least 4 people from different teams and the feedback was positive and suddenly I receive a mail a month and half into the process that I’ve been rejected. This is terrible way to operate with interviews. They also contacted my peers for review and they kept asking me what happened. Horrible experience.
