Logistics UK interview questions

Basically listening. Most of the time listening to the senior director rambling. When I had the chance to speak I shared some of my experience. I was then asked what would I do if I was in the role, to which I responded. They said "interesting, but that's not what we are looking for", and finished the interview very suddenly and without giving me the chance to interject. From there, never heard from them again... no e-mail, no "thank you for your time", no feedback, nothing... even though I've followed up asking for an outcome. Overall the impression that I got since the inital conversation is that it is not a very friendly or diverse place, instead a very outdated mindset where the lack of creativity seems to be the norm.

in depth and very precise due to internal work changes due to government legislation, I got the impression. perhaps wrongly that this might have been solely down to Brexit, as it transpires many drivers are experiencing changes in the way they return basic information required for this governing body
