They have three interviews. One with recruiter, one culture interview with couple of employees in other departments, and one with hiring manager. Sometimes they have other interviews with upper management for other positions.

I had a phone interview, completed pre-employment assessments and a background check, and had a culture interview and an interview with the branch managers. Everyone was friendly throughout the process.
