Two rounds, HR then final round. Both were virtual. It is mainly networking based to get to the first round interview. Try to know the deals of the firm and use those in your answers.
it was 30 minutes long over microsoft teams. They just ask you basic questions about yourself, nothing too hard or out of the blue. They were very nice and energetic, so the atmosphere was good. They only asked one question about my experiences.

Interview
I had a phone interview and an in-person interview. The phone interview mainly focused on my background. For the in-person interview, I was told I'd be there 1-1.25 hours, it ended up taking over 2 hours! Also, I was told the in-person interview would be "informal" but it was more case/technical.
