Love Business interview questions

After I applied I got the interview via someone reaching out through text, which I did find a bit informal, but that could be personal preference. It was a pretty standard interview, asking about previous experience and how I would suit the role. However, after I had finished the interview, I was not given the courtesy of even a rejection email. I had given up a lot of time prepping for he interview and completely understand if I was not a match but some contact after the interview would have been appreciated.

This was a very good interview process that was clear and full of feedback. I was disappointed to just miss out on the role, but appreciate the positive comments that were made about me during the application steps. The internal recruiter also took the time to offer an update at the end of the process. That was done over the phone, which was much appreciated as a 1-1 update. It matters as so many businesses these days can't be bothered with that bit and just ghost you. The fact Love Energy Savings did this is a very positive endorsement for the way they operate. The result is I'll definitely keep an eye out for future opportunities with the business.
