Applied online, had a follow up call with a recruiter who only bragged about all of the hires she's had getting promotions. Seemed nice enough, but definitely felt like she loved to hear her own voice. Second interview was scheduled on a day that I normally don't WFH so I had to rework my schedule for a 30min call with the hiring manager. Call was pretty much just a conversation with little about my experience in the industry. Then radio silence for almost 10 days. I didn't realize I didn't get the role until I checked the portal. No email from the recruiter, no call, no follow-up nothing. Absolute waste of my time to get denied for a job that I was MORE than qualified for.
- I don't remember, mostly just asking I was okay working full time in office again.

I had a phone interview first. Then was called in for n person interview with store manager. I was then contacted for second interview with store manager. An offer was extended. Salary and benefits were given. Although it felt as if the process took more time then necessary for this company, it was not difficult.
- Availability, prior experience, ability to lift and stand

Great interviewer. Asked good questions and made it seem like a good place to work. Discussed benefits up front and made expectations clear if I was to take the job.
- Where do you work right now?

There are two HRs. First one processed for one team. 2 rounds cleared and third round didn't happen and said that position is internally filled and referred to other team with other HR. All rounds completed and waiting for offer. That HR said the VP cancelled that position and referred to other position. Like this they were playing back and forth. Waste of time and effort. very worst interview experience. Never apply to this company if at all you don't want to waste your precious time. They don't value other's time and playing with people's career.
- 2 Technical and 1 managerial round

It was quick, laid back interview with easy questions to answer to. You are able to provide great examples and explain your skills. They get back to very quick to set an interview and to see if you are hired.
- Provide an example where you had to do a difficult task with a time limit.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (North Charleston, SC)
Very normal process. Primarily Scenario based. They’ll ask questions to gauge your response to situations and overall morale/work ethic. From there they usually will tell you if you’ve gotten the job.
- Name a time someone around you was making a bad decision and how you handled it

Pretty normal interview. The manager asked me about my availability and comfort handling cash. My interview was scheduled for a specific time, and I showed up a little early. It unfortunately took the manager who was interviewing me a while to get finished putting out the fires in the store long enough to sit down for the 10 minute interview.
- What is your availability during the week?
