Chaotic! Recruiters will charm you and throw you around to different teams. Regardless of the position that you applied. Some interviewers especially once who has PhD’s would like to flex their book knowledge. Positions and roles not defined. Did not have a good experience and would not recommend.

Past experience questions from resume and technical FE type questions, Strength of materials, Units etc
The process was a little disorganized, but pretty standard interview. The first phone screen at the director level was good, but the following executive interview was rude and a little cocky. Came off as surly and not a team I was excited to join.
