During the interview process for the Delivery Associate role at Lucid Motors, I encountered several instances of unprofessional communication which included a last-minute rescheduling of an interview, a missed interview without prior notice, and a subsequent cancellation of a rescheduled interview. This series of events led to confusion and disruption in our correspondence. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation and express my continued interest in the position, I have not received any response or resolution from the recruiter for nearly a week. This lack of communication raises concerns about the professionalism and organization within the company's recruitment process.

Great! Very welcoming atmosphere and listened well to my responses, communicated clearly. Definitely felt natural from the initial phone call all the way to my third interview. Communication in between interviews was also prompt and professional.
