Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for not communicating well. We do agree that everyone deserves a reason why an interview was cancelled on the week of the interview. This is one area that’s important for us and it's the reason why we've hired someone to help define and improve our candidate experience.
We realize as we continue to grow we need to pay much more attention to protecting our culture, investing in our people and improving our candidate experience.
