My interview process took place over the course of three interviews via phone and Skype. These were comprised of a screening call, a technical interview, and a leadership interview. Everyone was very warm and friendly, and I felt at ease over the course of all three. They also ask for either code samples or completion of a skills test.

There were some technical questions that I didn't know the answer to, but responding honestly that I didn't know the answer was well-received.
The interview process was straightforward and fair. The whole process had clear communication, respectful interactions, and a structured format that allowed me to demonstrate my skills and experiences effectively. I left the process feeling like it was a respectful use of time.
