All done remotely, 3 rounds of video calls, with various different people. A very classic, standard interview process with questions about technical ability and soft-skills. Didn't seem to have loads of questions prepared in advance but more asked questions based on what was in my CV
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Luna Innovations (Blacksburg, VA)
Interview
Initial communication was good with HR. I had a quick phone screen going over my experience, and was quickly offered a phone screen with the hiring manager. At this point, communication became sparse and I followed up multiple times before being invited for an on-site multi-panel interview. Everyone seemed nice and it seemed to have gone well. The hiring manager told me he'd call next day but I never heard anything, even after following up with HR.
