Interview
Online application with cover letter. Online aptitude testing - 3 nerve-racking timed tests. In person interview with a senior manager and human resources rep. Was given 45 minutes to prepare a case study - in this case it was to develop a phone app for M&G customer/client relations and explain how, why, the ins and outs of security, etc. Then presented to them and answered questions in regards to my presentation as well as standard interview questions.

I applied early November. I was invited for the online test by the end of November, it included numerical and inductive reasoning and I had 4 days to complete it. I was invited for the video interview in Mid January ( i.e. 1 month and a half later) and I had 3 days to complete it. The next step should be the face to face interview in case the latter is successful

The most unexpected question in the video interview is: which unit are you more inclined to like provided you are admitted in for the traineeship and do the rotation ? or also: what would you do if you were the minister of education ?
