I was given a hard time on an employment decision I made at the start of the pandemic for job security and the notice period I wanted to give my current employer. It made me feel like I had to defend the decisions I made for my livelihood and maintaining a positive reputation with my current employer; overall made me feel uncomfortable and left a bad taste in my mouth.
