The first stage was applying online. I remember it being really straight forward, a few boxes to fill out and then submit my CV. This was then followed up with an initial phone call. It was quite informal. The manager of my department explained more about the role itself, and the package, and asking questions about my CV. The final stage was an online interview with two of the managers. They made me feel very comfortable at the start and the interview, even though challenging was quite relaxed. I had to prepare a 10 minute presentation for the interview and do a personality test. I heard the results from the interview roughly 1 week later.
