Despite having significant experience in other relevant areas, including actual satellite work, they neglected to inquire about those aspects. Although they profess to hire individuals passionate about space technology and care about diversity, my experience and observations of their hiring practices suggest they seek a specific type of candidate that fits a narrow profile.
