Multi step interview process starting with two phone interviews and then one in person! Management is very friendly and it made the interview process seamless, it felt as though I was having a conversation rather than an interview

First interview was via phone with the staffing agency, then a few weeks later with someone with MDVIP and a month later with a gal from MDVIP and two other ladies on Skype.

Phone interview followed by in person interview at their headquarters in Boca Raton FL. Everyone was very nice but having experience in role play type situations would help. Very professional and cool looking office.
