Interview
Did my psychometric test a few weeks back and was called back for interview this week. There is a 15 min written component before the interview, followed by a part where they let you read the job description for the position you are applying for and a sample employment contract.
Then a panel interview with 1 person from HR, 2 from legal (the department i applied for).
Interview was ok. A mix of questions ranging from the standard HR types to those asking mainly about working experience. The interviewers may seem intimidating but are actually friendly. Felt at ease after a while. Total interview took about 40 mins.
now got to wait a few months for the outcome (ignore my answer on the outcome- had to fill something up to post this)

Interview
We had a chat and the interviewers were really nice and their explanation piqued my interest in the job. The next step was the online test which was quite difficult and rushed. After which, their HR did not contact me. I followed up twice and there was no response.

Why do you want to join MINDEF? Would you be used to the "clients" there?
Written test under tight timelines (15 mins) was tough. Too many questions to cover in too little time. The questions were meant to include an article which was not sent until much later.
