Non mandarin speaking need not apply. A panel of 4 interview from China and the entire interview process was Chinese. Unprofessional I would say, in fact, unfair practice for non chinese speaking suitable candidates. By the way, they don't even have the courtesy to inform if you've got a job or not, you need to prompt that for the selection result so that you don't have to wait like an idiot for their answer.
