Pros

Great company to gain experience and exposure, They are open to hire fresh graduate. Given many opportunity to grow and develop, which in results in more room for salary increment, in general much higher than usual annual increments for local companies. Most of the staffs has been with the company for more than 3 years. Compliant to local regulations and practices

Cons

Would say that the job is more stressful that similar jobs but can be expected as they compensate more than other companies. Quiet working environment depending on individual may be a pro or a con.

Good industry, good company

Pros

I have worked at this company for over four years, and I think it is a great place to work. Although it can be stressful when you first join, once you prove your abilities and perform well, you will gain both freedom and fair rewards. No one will micromanage you. If you enjoy this industry, you will thrive in this company.

Cons

The office is very quiet, and colleagues don't really like joking around during work hours. If you enjoy this kind of focused environment, you'll fit in well. However, if you like joking around with coworkers while working, you might find it hard to adapt.

Pros

It'll be great for you if you love listening to lectures and working in a pin-drop silence environment.

Cons

Authority is highly centralized – Only top management holds real decision-making power. Challenges in teamwork – Contributions from certain colleagues can feel more obstructive than supportive. Workplace atmosphere – The environment often feels tense, with invisible pressure affecting many teams. Frequent individual meetings – The company holds frequent one-on-one discussions, which can feel more like persuasion sessions than productive dialogues. Limited support for overtime – Despite expectations to work on off-days, additional time or compensation is rarely offered. Rumors and gossip – Management often engages in unnecessary office gossip and rumor-spreading. Conservative with resources – Resource allocation can feel excessively limited at times. Traditional management style – There is a strong emphasis on control through a mentality of fear, which can impact morale. Client relations – Colleagues occasionally adopt an aggressive approach toward clients and prefer staff who align with that style, possibly due to language barriers. Client-facing philosophy – The approach leans toward confrontation rather than reconciliation, with a strong emphasis on asserting a position. Collaborative challenges – Kindness and professionalism with clients may be seen as a lack of strength. Complex work culture – Colleagues may engage in testing behaviors, with frequent challenges to one’s actions or decisions. This phrasing retains the critical points while aligning better with review guidelines.
