Initial phone interview with the branch manager and then an on site panel interview with 3 managers. Very transparent on expectations and the training process. Also a personality assessment that takes 20-30 minutes

2 Phone, 2 Face to Face Interviews. Pretty easy but they try to act very intimidating. Say they interviewed hundreds of people for said position which is hard to believe but may very well be true.
