After being contacted directly by Hr via LinkedIn, he interview process lasted several months during which time two hour long interviews were conducted, a demonstration presentation was prepared (taking around 15 hours to conduct an analysis and prepare) and then the hiring manager changed so I had to present and interview all over again.
There was the no follow up communication so I had to chase a month later only to be told I was still the favourite candidate but due to a restructure it was not clear what department I'd sir under.
The process was the put on hold for 9 months. Frustrating.
