MONY Group Senior Java Developer interview questions

One week after online application I've got a telephonic interview with a recruiter from MSM side. Discussed about my experience/resume and the role for which I applied. The person was very nice and polite, and organised, he arranged quickly for a virtual meeting interview and keep me informed with all details: attending people, interview stages&time, tools. One week later I had the interview, via MicrosoftTeam, which consisted of 3 stages: 1. Technical competency questions (40 min): Form MSM attended 2 tech leads, nice and friendly, they asked general questions about my experience and expectation about coding quality, testing, latest learning, frameworks criteria etc. 2. A technical task(1h): Attended 2 tech leads, friendly and supportive. Got a practical exercise from Git, to build an app. Tools: IntellyJ , gradle, I think the idea was to observe the candidate skills: analysis, formulate solution, pair coding, communication etc. Was expected a TDD process. 3. Behavioural competency questions(45 min): Attended one test lead and a delivery lead, nice and friendly, they had a couples of questions about my previous experience and choices given few various challenging scenarios. The next day after interview, I received the feedback from recruiter, I was impressed by their consideration.
