MOSAIC Business Services interview questions

Did a phone interview and then was asked to come in for a person to person interview. Interviewed with owner and payroll manager. Asked questions and then said they would let me know.

I had two back to back interviews, each with 2 people. The questions seemed focused on working in a team environment and were extremely redundant. There were also a lot of questions about hypothetical scenarios. Overall I got the impression that the interviewers were more interested in soft skills than job skills.
