I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MTS Health Partners
Interview
Straightforward process: Began with on-campus 2 on 1 interview, then moved to super day at their office. Very professional team, met with a number of junior and senior members of the firm. They were all 1 on 1 except for a 2 on 1 with junior bankers. The questions were typical interview questions, some with a healthcare twist. Definitely look up healthcare valuation beforehand.

Question 1
What has been the hardest technical question you've been asked?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at MTS Health Partners (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
I had a phone call with an associate banker, and it was a somewhat negative experience. My interviewer called me seven minutes late and had not spent any time with my resume beforehand. I say this because he asked me no precise questions about my history and asked me my address even though it's right beneath my name on my resume. There were zero technical questions during my interview, no personal compatibility, and I honestly felt like he was disinterested.
I like MTS as a bank, they have done superb work in the healthcare sector, and I know some bankers there who are top-notch. I don't think this guy is representative of the firm as a whole, but at the end of the day, I think I just had a bad interviewer.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at MTS Health Partners (New York, NY) in Sep 2015
Interview
Fit and case interview. Very affable interviewer. Walked through my resume to explain interest in MTS Health Partners. Recruitment interview on campus. Interviewer made sure I was comfortable. Healthcare focus of firm should not hinder applicants from applying. Interview lasted for 30 minutes and didn't have too many technical questions.
