MVF Sub-Editor interview questions

Phone interview, followed by an in-person interview and an editorial test. Phone interview was easy and the interviewer was lovely. They asked me what I knew about the company and what my previous experience would bring to the role. Feedback was given post-interview that seemed harsh and not considerate of someone at entry level.
