I had a phone screen for this position. The HR team member who was conducting the phone screen was late to our call and in general seemed annoyed to be speaking with me, I got the impression their was miscommunication between the department and HR on several things in regards to the position. The overall attitude of this person left me feeling negatively about this company.

Interview
After a 3 month long interview process, 30 min phone screen followed by 3 different 45 min long video interviews I received a generic rejection email 2 weeks after my 2nd round interview. Followed up two times with different people including the recruiter and never got a response from them until the rejection email 2 weeks later. Took forever to hear back after each interview which is why the process took 3 months.

Interview
There was a phone interview followed by an in person interview. The in person interview was much more in depth but still very basic interview questions that pertained to the job at hand.
