The interview process was pretty straightforward, the recruiter communicated well, sent prep materials, and executed as promised. I then interviewed with two people simultaneously and overall it was pretty informal and a little awkward with the dynamics, as they seemed to be friendly and had some inside jokes/references. I was told by the interviewers and the recruiter that I would hear back in 2-3 days and I sent a thank you email for their time and then nothing. No response to my thank you email and no response over the following weeks from my two follow-up emails kindly asking for any response or feedback. I was completely ghosted by MYOB. Very disappointing as they were so good at communicating before the interview and then decided to participate in ghosting candidates.
