Interviewed by two people who reviewed my CV and asked specific questions regarding my experience and skills.
This was followed by psychometric testing online.
Further assessment by presentation skills followed by review of the psychometric testing.
Overall the interview was handled very professionally.
Really good interviews. Had one phone call and an in-house interview. Met a few of the people I would be working alongside/under. Made me feel challenged but also welcome. Discussed my strengths and weaknesses.

Half an hour phone call followed but a in house interview with 2 or 3 connected parties. Really enjoyed speaking to the people I was interviewed by. Be prepared, make sure you are good enough for Macs!!
