    Business Analyst Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Sydney (Australia)
    No Offer
    Positive Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Macquarie University (Sydney (Australia)) in August 2016.

    Interview

It was a panel interview - 4 persons. Questions were fairly straightforward: Managing Stakeholders, experience with systems/support, other general questions. People seemed friendly and the university grounds are nice, although a lot of construction going on when I was there. It appears the IT department is not keen to use agile techniques.

Skype interview. A recruiting committee asked questions about CV and research. The whole process was about 1 hour. Quite standard and similar to academia standards. There were about 5-6 people. Each of them would ask me some questions that they would like to know. Each would rate me based on their impression on me.
