Their process literally took two whole weeks of going back and forth while doing 5 interviews (video+phone calls). Initially, this was for a Full-time role that was later communicated to be a freelance role with a few hours a week. This was long, drawn-out, and poorly managed.

I was contacted by one of their recruiters from the Talent Acquisition team. They asked for a few more examples of my work to forward to the design team. First interview was set up with the creative director and a senior designer. That interview was based around my process, portfolio, and thinking. Second interview was with the leadership team. I presented some of my work but this interview was more about my project management skills

I had three interviews. Two in person and 1 via Skype. I enjoyed all of the individuals I interviewed with and appreciate the genuine conversations we were able to have.
