There were three main parts to the interview, after an initial sift with someone from the the recruitment team. There was a technical interview, an interview to discuss the careers / benefits of working for them and a personality based interview reviewing my CV. There was great communication throughout and consistency with the recruiter being present on all calls. I met my line manager, one of his team. I met the Chief Engineer and also met some of the more senior strategic leads for the area to which applied, all made me feel at ease and the interviews were discussion based and pro-active.
