Began with a pre-screen with Director,. followed by a panel interview with a variety leaders. 3 days later I was invited to a second interview which consisted of 4h of interviews varying between department supervisors and providers. Most of the supervisors asked behavioral based questions while the providers took a more laid back approach. I heard back about a week after that, they did go internal for the position but encouraged me to look for other opportunities within the system.
