I applied online. Basic application, but had to make a 2 minute elevator pitch and upload your video to YouTube. This was followed up by a phone interview to walk through your resume and ask basic questions.

Over Skype, with 2 people. They gave information about the program after asking their questions. We had technical difficulty, on their end, initially, but they seemed to appreciate my patience, which set a good tone for the interview.
