I applied via Jobs4Students and then I was called for a group interview. First, they asked us to tell us who we are and why have we applied for this role and then one group question which was technical but scenario based. It was overall easy to ace because I aced the interview and got the job on the same day receiving my confirmation email after a couple of hours

Who you are and what do you do and why have you applied? Along with that a technical question where it was what if a printer fails but simultaneously an IT issue comes up in a lecture session and issues with laptops also?
