First of all I got a call from de HR Manager explaining the position. After that, I had to do a skills test that I passed, and then I got another call asking me to do two other interviews. Once the interviews went well, I got another call asking me to do an exercise. Called me a week after I send the report and told me to go in person and to present it. I did everything they asked, but although that the only answer I got after going through all the hiring process and stages was that I didn’t have experience.
