Interview
First an interview with HR and a senior associate, a pretty "standard" interview. Then a 45 min "Intelligence test" focusing on logic, deduction and reading. The second round was an interview with 2 partners and a senior associate. Overall a lot of focus on my personality and what my role is in a group. Felt very comfortable.
