Was a very short interview process. I interviewed in their New York City showroom and was there for about 20 minutes. The women conducting the interview did not ask any behavioral questions mostly stuck to things like "why marchesa?", "tell me about yourself", "What is your experience?". She was very adamant on making sure I understood that the internship was unpaid.
