Phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. Heard back two weeks later and accepted the offer. Very good communication. I spoke with a variety of current employees. The questions were not too difficult, but they wanted to know why I applied and my level of interest.

Had a phone interview within the first week of submitting the application, then was offered a second interview in person with the team manager within the following week. Easy process overall.
