Went through 3 interviews, one with an HR manger, one with the VP of HR and one with the COO. I spoke about my salary range all 3 times, the first two seemed more than fine with the range I was discussing, the third had zero information or even my resume on their desk and just talked to me about the job. When we finally landed on salary, where we were wayyy too far apart: mind you I was taking a 25% cut of what I currently made and It is well below the average of a project manger with 10 years experience.
