You would think that companies in time of crises will be more kind and understanding about the people that coming forward and interviewing. This is not the place. Just like other reviews here, Marqeta interviewing people just to give their own crew experience in interviewing. After talking with the recruiter, i was setup a phone screening. I answered the technical question and the interviewers said they were impressed. That message / feedback continued with the recruiter as well which said that the panel was impressed with my skill. So far so good, but that is where it ended. The full loop was suppose to take 3.5 - 4 hours long. I was setup for only 2.5 hours (flag number 1) The loop was fairly easy, with some design question, coding question and behavior questions. During the design, the feedback was all positive and they were impressed. Coding question, I was able to solve the given question and the follow up questions as well. The interviewer didn't seem professional and inexperience (Flag number two) Behavior had only great things to say and was impressed with my answers and communication. You would think after these loops you would get an offer. I received an email from the recruiter couple of hours after the loop was over if I can jump on a call after few days to talk about feedback about the loop (Flag number three). They didn't care to say at this point if I got an offer or not, all they care about is how the loop were. Only after I pressed i got the "news" that I didn't get in. A company that spends other people's time just to do fake interviews and especially in time that we live in, is a company I wouldn't want to work for. You should do yourself a favor and don't interview with them, it will be a waste of your time and energy!!
